Your content and permissions

You may upload only content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for obtaining consent from recognizable people and any rights required for artwork, brands, characters, music, or other protected material. You retain your rights in the source media; you give us the limited permission needed to process it and operate the service.

Prohibited use

Do not use Facenova for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, harassment, threats, privacy violations, misleading endorsements, or attempts to bypass safety and access controls. Do not present synthetic output as documentary proof or use it for consequential decisions about a person.

AI output limitations

Generated media can be inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Preview media demonstrates a style and is not a guarantee. You must review outputs and provide appropriate AI disclosures and context before publishing. We do not guarantee availability, generation time, exact similarity, fitness, or uninterrupted operation.

Accounts, credits, and enforcement

Keep account access secure. Credits, plans, and generation limits may be subject to the terms shown at purchase. We may limit or suspend access where necessary to protect users, service integrity, legal compliance, or third-party rights.

Responsibility

You are responsible for your uploads, instructions, outputs, and distribution. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
